    The Executive Forum is a membership-based organisation for Chief Executives, Managing Directors and other senior executives of small to medium size enterprises. The life of a modern executive is packed with activity, information and pressure. The task of leadership can be isolating, The executive Forum addresses the challenges of leadership by bringing together twelve to sixteen executives from different business sectors in one locality on a monthly basis. 

    Our aim is to provide an opportunity for business leaders to become more effective by collaborating with their peers. We focus on improving organisational performance by enhancing both individual and team leadership effectiveness.

    Context

    As a business leader in today’s ‘always-on’, fast-paced business environment it can feel like you are in permanent white water, facing increasing complexity, uncertainty and rapid change. 

    Despite being more connected, having access to more information and working longer hours than ever before, you may feel overwhelmed by the increasing demands on your time and attention. This may also give rise to a growing sense of isolation, vulnerability and increased stress.

    As a member of the Canberra Executive Forum you will have regular opportunities to:

    Forum membership is by invitation only and includes:

    • 12 Monthly Executive Forums per year
    • Optional individual Focus Meetings
